Redweek.com. How it works?

hi.

We are interested in Bonnet Creek Resort, as seen positive reviews in TA forum.

Trying to reserve for 20 till 28 June.Find in the redweek.com the posting for rentals, but I don%26#39;t know which is the difference between one post to another(some of them are 20/may to 31/dec, others (nearly all), are for a week or 2; also finding differences between unassigned and numbers... are they the same, cause there is difference between 128 to 214 usd for the same type of condo(2 rooms and 2 bathrooms)

is this web sure??

We have been in sheraton vistana villages(new buildings), reunion resort and omni championsgate and JW marriott before, when the boy was younger.

any other web to make reservations in Bonnet Creek??

If you are seeing from the 20th of may to the 31st of dec. that is probably a owner with a floating week. A assigned unit usually means this person owns this particular unit, and stays there every year. A unassigned unit usually, but not always comes with floating week ownership. I think you are going to have a hard time renting a timeshare unit from a owner on the dates you want to go, as most timeshares are rented on either a fri. to fri., sat. to sat. or sun. to sun. basis. You by the looks of your dates are looking to do a weds. to thurs. rental which I don';t think you will be able to do. As far as the difference in price, there probably is no difference in the units, just a difference in the price each owner thinks he should get for there unit.
