Mosquitos?

I will be staying in Vero Beach over Easter. Can anyone tell me whether there are mosquitos or other biting insects that we need to protect against? If so, is there a local brandof repellent?

Many thanks for any info.

Mosquitos?

If you go to a local pharmacy, they will be able to tell you what will work. Avon%26#39;s SkinSoSoft works for some and has a pleasant smell.

Mosquitos?

bring some autan and or avon skin so soft with you

if not, get some off, cutter, or repel here....so far, skeeters not that bad....yet

If you are staying on the beach you will not have many misquitoes but you will have no see ums. They are so tiny you cant see them but they sure will bite. They are only out early am (about sunrise) and early evening (just before sunset) they can be really bad if there is no breeze. Previous posts about Skin So Soft is correct and you can buy that at Wal-Mart or just about anywhere. Off and Cutters are 2 other brands of bug repellant but they are very smelly. You can also purchase citronella candles if you are trying to sit outside in the evening. They help keep the bugs away.

I agree with last post - if you are staying on the beach, mosquitoes will not be a problem. Don%26#39;t know why Vero gets off so easy when I get attacked in Miami, but what can you say - Vero is just a special place I guess.
