Is this a busy time of year to go? Should I purchase the express pass? Its only 20 dollars for my dates, and there is only 2 of us, so its not that much more...Is it worth the forty bucks, or will it be slow enough to just be on the regular line...I%26#39;ll be there on Saturday, yay!
Islands of Adventure this weekend!!!
Saturday is always a very busy day at Universal. Just for safety sake, I%26#39;d go ahead and purchase the Express Pass for that day.
There%26#39;s been some school field trips and conventions in town, so weekend visitation has been up at the parks on weekends. Teens really like to go to Universal too, so there may be lots of local teens celebrating the end of school.

I agree that Saturdays are busy. If you are unsure, you could always roll the dice and buy the express passes at the park. They sell them at numerous stands.
Keep in mind, they only sell a limited number of passes, so if they might be sold out.
We went mid-May last year. Crowds were not too bad. But, if you HAVE to go on Saturday, you may want to get an Express Pass. This is coolest park - have fun!!
