It really depends on the time of year and how busy the parks are but by lunchtime is not unusual for the favorites

As above really it depends on how busy the crowds are but I would aim to get the following fastpass immediately on arrival at each park:

Epcot - Soarin%26#39;

Animal Kingdom - Expedition Everest (then head to the safari ride)

MK - Space Mountain or Splash Mountain

MGM - Either Tower of Terror or Aerosmith

In my experience, here%26#39;s the order they seem to ';run out'; the quickest:

Epcot--by far, Soarin is the quickest to run out (very early in the day).

Magic Kingdom--Splash Mountain runs out before the other two mountains.

MGM Studios--Tower of Terror runs out before Rock %26amp; Roller Coaster

Animal Kingdom--Everest is the quickest to go.

Even at quiet times of the year, it%26#39;s best to get your last FastPass before 2 p.m-ish.

Early morning FP%26#39;s should give you a return time within the hour, whereas a 2 p.m FP could give you a return of 7 p.m or so (and that%26#39;s if there%26#39;s any left!).

Also, remember that the return time on the Fast Pass is simply the ';earliest'; time you can come back

You don%26#39;t have to come back within the ';hour'; stated on the pass; you could wait until much later in the day if you have an early return time.

How many FastPasses can you get at once?

You can get one Fastpass per ticket. You will generally have to wait 1-2 hours before you can get another one. It will tell you on the Fastpass. The earlier you get them in the morning the shorter the wait time.
