It is run by Sebago and is a very nice day out. It includes all the things you just mentioned. Right now if you book on the internet they will throw in a sunset sail for free, making it a very good deal.
I%26#39;ve heard that Danger Charters runs a really good day trip as well.

These two, Sebago Island T%26#39;Ing and Danger Charters are IMO the best value for a day out of Key West. Just search one in the Key West forum and you will get info and comments about both.
There are several of us going in May, next week! and we are already booked. They are limited to the number of people, 20 for one and 10 for the other, so if it looks good, try to avoid a ';walk-up.';
