Looking at renting this condo July 7-13, 2007. Has anyone stayed here or know anything about this condo?
Is it a good location? We will be traveling with a 17 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son.
Would like any other suggestions for condo rentals. The more websites I look at the more confused I get. Some say to stay at the South end and some recommend the North end.

The Seaside #503 - 4770 Estero Blvd.
Seaside is gr8-and that is a good week to be here-minimum traffic. The Trolly is a quarter to get to the North end.

HI we have been ging to Seaside every year for over 15 years.We were there in feb and are back in october.306 is a great condo so is 405 . Both have 6ft beds in main bedroom,they all face the gulf ,so you can lay in bed and hear the sea.Publix is across the road and so is the trolly stop 25 cents.Its a great beach at f.m.b Restaurants and bars are near by .Top,O,Mast does the best rum runners in Florida and the duseldorph is avery friendly German bar with fantastic beer and good food.We love Seaside its our home from home its worth the 9 hour flight from England
