help....which park

going to orlando in 10 days....doing universal studio and ioa and sea world...and hubby wants to go to gatorworld...[if he behaves] also want to go to dixie stampede...want to do one more park but just cannot decide...

either busch gardens...or epcot....both look good and i know they are totally different...not really into big rides...so not bothered about that...im thinking epcot is a disney park which i have not included and looks fun...but busch gardens looks chilled out and gets you out of orlando for the day...will have 2 teen girls...who are not really into animals or science...but they go with the flow anyway..

With 2 teen girls I would definetly go for BG. You may be able to get an Orlando 5park ticket which would include US, IOA, SW, Wet and Wild, and BG. I think the teenagers will be bored at Epcot.

Orlando FlexTicket

Five Central Florida parks have teamed up to offer visitors an unprecedented multi-day, multi-park value package. And the FlexTicket now includes free round-trip transportation between all five parks.

Four-park Orlando ticket: Pricing includes up to 14 consecutive days of unlimited admission to SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, and Wet %26#39;n Wild Orlando. Price is $184.95 plus tax for adults and $150.95 plus tax for children ages 3-9.

Five-park Orlando ticket: Pricing includes up to 14 consecutive days of unlimited admission to the parks listed above plus Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Price is $224.95 plus tax for adults and $189.95 plus tax for children ages 3-9. For more information, call Universal Studios Vacations, (800) 224-3838

They are really 2 totally different parks. Busche Gardens is a very relaxed sort of atmosphere but does have alot of thrill rides. It is still a good day out even if like me you don%26#39;t like coasters %26amp; fast rides.

However I personally love EPCOT %26amp; there is alot to do there. Infact alot of people split Worldshow case %26amp; Future World into 2 days, so you could just choose the bits you prefer %26amp; do it in one.

Trouble is you will find on this forum just has many people who really dislike, infact hate EPCOT to those like myself who think it%26#39;s a great park!

EPCOT does have alot of different types of rides %26amp; shows, quite a few of them with an educational element too. But of course if you are not doing AK you may like the mix of both animals, shows %26amp; rides at Busche Gardens!

If you are neither into animals or science particuarly as you mention-you will get one or the other at both parks you are thinking of but it is only part of what they each offer.

Personally, I would only include Busch Gardens if I didn%26#39;t have to do the driving to get there (2 hours each way in some cases). If you can catch the shuttle bus from SeaWorld, then maybe.

Epcot has slowly over time become almost my favorite park in Orlando. It has grown on me over the years, and now if I had to pick only one park to see, it would be Epcot. I love the variety it gives with Future World%26#39;s rides and attractions compared with the countries of World Showcase. It%26#39;s like going to two parks at once.

My personal vote would therefore go to Epcot.

We plan on doing Gatorland Zoo on the morning that we fly home. We fly at 4pm, will need to arrive at MCO so will be doing GZ in the morning. Don%26#39;t think you would need to do the whole day there. I love both BG and Epcot, for totally different reasons!

BG can give you such experiences with Wildlife, and can be done in a day. Epcot is a wonderful experience, although I find it is more geared towards discovery rather than adventure!

I don%26#39;t know which is better value, but you can also get a fun pass for BG and SW together giving you unlimited access to both parks. Uni and IOA can each be done with a day at each park - why not get a 2 park pass from Universal? Otherwise you%26#39;d have to buy an extra ticket for Epcot and this may work out more expensive.

16 weeks, 1 day and 17 hours to go!

thanks all for your valued opinions

im think its going to be BG for the simple reason i have 2 teen girls [16 n 17] and epcot will not be COOL enough for them [you know what i mean] where as if they where boys i would go to epcot
