Dates and times for Lightnings and Buccaneers games

My brother and I are coming to Orlando for the last two weeks of September.

We intend to hit Busch Gardens and then drive on down to stay for a night or two to sample the beaches and nightlife, if there is any on a Monday / Tuesday.

We would also love to catch an NHL game or if not an NFL game whilst down there. Does anyone know when they release this kind of information?
