Hi..My family is thinking of staying at the Fantasy world club villas for an upcoming vacation. We have read that they have free shuttle buses to universal, seaworld and wet and wild, all the places we want to go, but would like to know if there service is reliable and what times they depart and come back.

We have read some good reviews and not so good about this place, it seems like it is good for the price and as we have two children 8 and 11, it seems perfect for us...If anyone could let me know what they think about this villa and also regarding the times of the shuttle, i would appreciate it.I have also read they have a lot of places to eat around the area, as well as a walmart or some kind of conveince store...Thank you

My wife and I stayed at Fantasy world Club Villas in May of 05. We too had concerns about the property from what we had read but were relieved when we arrived.

First of all, the desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. It%26#39;s true this property is a little older but the unit we had was well maintained and the grounds and pools were quite clean. The unit we used was very well cleaned, had no smell of smoke and nothing else that bothered us at all.

The only things that I can think of that were a little trivial were the following:

1. The in unit washer and dryer (small apartment sized) didn%26#39;t really do a great job drying clothes. Big whoop, put them outside in the sun to finish them off.

2. It is a ';time share'; that the desk staff said we%26#39;d get a call about sometime through the week we were there. Now shari, to say that I HATE the pushy time share sales people is putting it mildly. But, when they did call, they were very friendly and took the first no thank you we gave them.

All in all, it%26#39;s a pretty good deal for the money. Lots of room and there are several things nearby. There is a Publix a short distance ';across the streets'; a Walmart not far, Olive Gardens etc. But you do need a car, I wouldn%26#39;t suggest crossing the busy streets with children in hand. Better safe than sorry.

Almost forgot

Shuttle service was fine. Always on time and the bus driver we had (older bus but fine) was this wonderful little southern Lady that was as friendly as a summer sunrise.

stayed at fantasy world about 5 years ago and have to agree with above poster. we said we would return to this resort on our next visit but as thier was a larger group of us going we decided on a villa but to be honest i have no complaints at all about Fsntasy World.
